Abstract

In this paper we describe the activities developed by the Project Visits, based at the Department of Mathematics at UFMG. Its main goal is to show how to teach Mathematics through creative, enjoyable and challenging activities. The project team receives visits of students from elementary and high school. The project also promotes and organizes workshops for teachers of Primary School and lectures and short courses for a more general audience.
