Literatura e dramaturgia - diferentes suportes, particulares abordagens em “Branca de Neve”

O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o modo como o conto dos irmãos Grimm, “Branca de Neve” (“Schneewittchen”) passa pelo processo de adaptação e representação nos palcos da Broadway em 1912, na peça Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, produzida pelo dramaturgo Winthrop Ames, cujo pseudônimo é Jessie Braham White. Neste percurso, intentamos observar questões expressivas ocasionadas pela mudança de suporte do referido texto que ultrapassa os limites institucionais dos livros e alcança projeções teatrais e cinematográficas.
